Can I play the demo, and is it timed?
Yes. The Windows and macOS demo is available. It includes twelve early technologies, has no session timer and lets you continue building after your first resident-produced copper bar.
Has the full game entered Early Access?
The main Steam app still showed Coming soon when checked on November 6, 2026. Demo 0.9.18 is available, but a completed main-game Early Access launch was not verified.
Is this Arrock Games support or a playtested official wiki?
No. StoneEra Wiki is an independent fan guide. We organize dated official sources and clearly attributed developer replies; an editorial walkthrough is not a claim of personal gameplay testing.
Are Waterworks and all later technologies in the demo?
The official 0.9.15.1 notes put W1 waterwheels, medium and large norias and wooden or stone channels in the demo. Normal requires W1 research; Creative can use those items immediately. Later full-game technologies remain locked; a roadmap entry is not a complete demo feature promise.
